American/Australian Partnership in Mary Valley Quarter Horse Racing Approved

The Queensland Government has approved the license for an American/Australian Partnership for quarter horse racing in the Mary Valley. The racing establishment will be built near Imbil in the South East of Queensland.

A Big Horse Racing Investment

The plan is for a 60 million dollar investment in a quarter horse racing establishment that will include a hotel to help service the many visitors that will flock to this new addition to the area. In addition, a residential area will be built to house horse owners. A convention centre is part of the plan as well.

Big Spin-offs

The Mary Valley has been suffering an economic down-turn for quite sometime. This news about the horse racing investment could not have come at a better time. Millions of dollars will be spun into the community, which is a good thing for the area. Everyone will benefit, including the farmers who produce horse feed. It is expected that the new quarter horse racing business will need 500 horses over the first few years. This will inevitably lead to quarter horses being breeded in the area.

The investment will also benefit local real estate businesses and the many shops in the Mary Valley. Everyone will be a winner when this new establishment opens in 2016. The races will be shown on television all over Asia. It is going to be a big deal for the local economy; a huge boost that was desperately needed. Quarter horse racing has come to the Mary Valley and not a day too soon. No one places or shows here, everyone wins by several lengths.
